		<description>Best eggnog recipe I&#039;ve found:

Dissolve 1 1/8 cups white sugar in 2 cups rum or whiskey [I prefer rye, myself], in a large mixing bowl, overnight.

Beat 6 egg yolks until light yellow; stir into alcohol mixture, cover and chill for at least two hours.

Whip 3 cups heavy cream until soft peaks form. Fold into alcohol mixture. Stir in whole milk until desired consistency is reached. Pour into glasses, garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.</description>
