Some people, aren’t exactly doing as much as Al Gore.

One of the things I find most interesting about working where I do, is how many people I work with really want to green things up. I think it comes from standing in the middle of a data center. You can’t do that without realizing how much energy computers use. Sweet crap. You can hear the rumble of the fans through the walls. I have a desktop I turn on from time to time. It’s pretty loud. The data center is noise you can feel. The energy is palpable, and it is just the bleed off. The real energy goes into making sure you can load pictures of kittens at cuteoverload.com.

Personally I only use recycled kittens. That’s how I help.
