Some Words

Via the good folks at TreeHugger I see that Britain has an interesting plan for future energy regulations. In the comments people point out some flaws with the potential ban. Will people shut things off properly if there is not sleep mode? A lot of them probably will. Some won’t. I also know some people who don’t pay for their head and like to leave a window open in winter. So, yeah, call me cynical, but I think there will be issues with implementation.
